4 Interface change
Posted by Mike W on 31st Aug 2020
I have the V1 and V2, the V1, you can soft click the button at anytime to change modes in ascending order low-med-high
On V2 if you don't go from med to high within a couple seconds, it will send you back to low
not sure why this is, its pretty annoying. -
4 Some changes from V1
Posted by Mike W on 31st Aug 2020
I have had the V1 for years, it’s great, when I saw they had updated it and they were on sale a ordered 2 of the new V2.
Here’s the differences I’ve found
1. The v2 is thicker and has a wider bezel maybe 1 or 2mm thicker in diameter
2. The led and interface are the same but the V2 firefly mode is about twice as bright as the v1 firefly. However medium and high are the same brightness between V1 and V2.
3. The button in the v2 is much looser than the v1, you can wiggle it around side to side the V1 is more solid feeling.
To be honest I like the v1 better, but the v2 is still functionally just as good.

5 Very useful
Posted by Rae on 21st Mar 2020
On the recommendation of my grandson, I ordered 2 flashlights, one for my car, and one for my apartment. I am VERY pleased with the compact size, ease of use, and brightness of the beam. I feel safer having them.

I have purchased many of these pen lights and only 1 still works the button quits working files a warranty claim and got a brand new light that well does not work the one I have that still works is great but it’s an early model all others have failed I would not recommend this light if they can not fix the button issues

I wanted to get a small flashlight I could slide in my pocket next to my pens. I use it about every day I go to work to do security checks.

5 Best carry light I've found
Posted by Fran on 17th Oct 2019
Update. I liked my first Ti4 so much that I bought 10 more to give to my friends. Just as in many things in life, the best part of something can also be problematic. It's size. It didn't take long for me to lose my first one as did three of my friends, so far. I carried it hooked inside my back pocket. I should've known better after it pushed out once and hooked on upholstery twice. Now, I don't use the hook and carry it completely inside the pocket. Perfect!
So, be careful. If you don't have a dedicated place where you can use the hook without it snagging on something, somebody else is going to get a great little flashlight. I just got two more for my sis. And no, I'm not a plant from ThruNite. Just telling my story.

5 Excellent EDC Light

It's about the size of a thick pen, so it fits readily into a pocket. Good amount of illumination from a small light.
